About Me

Welcome to KI-Strategiepapier.de. My name is Aaron Kreis.
For many years I have been supporting companies in transformation projects, as a project manager, solution architect, or requirements and business analyst, depending on what the endeavor calls for. As a computer scientist, what interests me most is the point where technical decisions meet organization, budget, and strategy. That is also exactly where it is decided whether AI holds up in a company.
Over the past years I have seen the same pattern in projects again and again: AI initiatives rarely fail because of the technology. They fail because of missing prioritization, unclear responsibilities, data that is not usable, or pilots that never make their way into regular operations. And they raise a question that particularly occupies me: how do companies use AI to create value without giving up control over their data, their architecture, and their strategic independence?
This site grew out of that experience. It is a freely accessible reference for everyone developing or implementing an AI strategy: with methods, templates, and checklists that have proven themselves in practice, and with clear statements even where things get uncomfortable. I keep the content current, because technology and regulation evolve faster than any printed work.
If the content helps you in your work, the site has served its purpose. I look forward to feedback, suggestions, and professional exchange.
Best regards
Aaron Kreis
